ABOUT
Since our founding in 2012, KRDC has served the dance and rhythmic gymnastics needs of children and families, providing first-class dance classes for professional gymnasts and extra-mural activities for boys and girls.
We operate from Strand in the Western Cape, South Africa.
KRDC is the prime destination for top-grade personalised training, facilitated in a safe and controlled environment, open to all children ages 4 and up.

WHAT WE DO
We have a passion for Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance!
Rhythmic gymnastics is an exciting and graceful sport that builds confidence and great motor skills in gymnasts. Kristy is a qualified, experienced coach who teaches and supports each gymnast throughout the process.
Competitive & recreational rhythmic gymnastics for girls
Pre-school gymnastics for girls & boys
Holiday Camps for girls and boys
Pre-levels and skilled gymnasts aiming to compete are welcome.

What fun is all the hours of hard work without the opportunity to perform?
Our annual Demo gives just such a chance to all our gymnasts to show their hard work and new skills to family, friends and fans. It is one of the highlights of our year!
